She is hoping to find a home at a backyard BBQ or even at an ice cream store where she can steal a few licks. She will always there for your good days and your bad, especially when it means she can snuggle on the couch next to you. She is a beautiful dog with a smile that will brighten your life. G'Day Mate! So we were looking at other websites, and we found this sanctuary called The Tabby's Place. It's a cage-free, no-kill shelter, for only cats. It's location is, 1100 US-202, Ringoes, NJ 08551, and there are many cats there! Of course, we will have the link for you to look at, but on this post, I am also going to tell you about one of the cats there. There are two cats at the shelter who are brothers, and their names are Jake and JJ. Jake is the one with the smaller eye, and JJ is to the left. They are both two year old males, who don't need to be adopted together, but it is much recommended. Most people will think Jake only has one eye, but he has microphthalmia, which means one eye is smaller than the other. Jake and JJ are both very friendly and playful, and Jake and JJ are familiar with children and dogs, and JJ is very comfortable with other cats. JJ will look to Jake on guidance and how to act. So along with doing urgent need cats and dogs who need homes, we are also doing cats who have had or have a sickness or disease, such as being diabetic, or being FeLV+, or FIV+, etc. So we have one cat here, Roscoe, and he's a real sweetie. She also came back positive on a test for feline immunodeficiency virus, A.K.A. FIV, but that doesn't stop her from acting like any other cat. Hi again!  So these two cats are not in urgent need, but they are so cute and identical, that I just NEEDED to make a post about them. These two sisters are named Asteria and Marnie, and they start off a bit scared, but don't let that fool you! Marnie loves to be pet, but Asteria, takes longer to adjust. Hi everybody,         Vance is a 7 year old Pit Bull in urgent need of adoption. Sadly, Vance's last owners had to give him up because of behavior issues with there 2 year old son. He has shown serious resource guarding with other dogs and has a strong prey drive. He would do best in a home without children or other pets. Vance is obedient but takes guarding very seriously. He is good with older and considerate children only, and is not good with cats. So here is another post about not one, not two, but FIVE cats in Tennessee, who need a home. Hi guys,        Sami and Spanky are two dogs in Tennessee in urgent need of rehoming separately. Sami is a senior black lab mix and he got along with most dogs except Spanky, he is a bit skittish.         We are not sure what Spanky is mixed with, he is 5-7 and is a great farm dog.
